Lil Dragons (Ages 3-7)
Our Little Dragons program introduces young children to the fundamentals of martial arts in a fun, supportive environment. Using karate as the framework, we focus on building listening skills, focus, coordination, and respect. Each class is designed to help children learn how to follow directions, gain confidence, and develop the focus and self-control they’ll need for school and life. The program lays a strong foundation that prepares them to transition smoothly into our basic family program when they’re ready.
Basic Level Family Class
Our Basic Family Class is the perfect place for beginners of all ages to start their martial arts journey together. Designed for families who want to train side by side, this class builds the fundamentals of self-defense—proper blocks, kicks, and punches—within a fun and structured environment that keeps everyone engaged. Students learn goal setting, discipline, and focus as they work toward their first milestones on the path to Black Belt. Along the way, they participate in our robust character development program, building confidence, respect, and perseverance both inside and outside the dojo.

Adult Training
Our Adult Program offers a dynamic and empowering approach to martial arts training for teens and adults who want a focused, mature environment. Classes emphasize practical self-defense, fitness, and stress relief while developing confidence, discipline, and mental clarity. Students are guided through structured progressions that teach how to effectively apply their techniques in real-world situations. Whether your goal is fitness, personal growth, or pursuing your Black Belt, this class delivers challenge, community, and purpose—all without sharing the mat with younger kids.
Tai Chi and Qigong
Qigong is an ancient practice with a history spanning over 4,000 years. It forms the foundation of many disciplines, including Tai Chi, Feng Shui, martial arts, acupuncture, healing massage, nutrition, and herbal medicine. With more than 300 styles of Qigong, this art is renowned for promoting balance, vitality, and overall well-being — helping to prevent and support recovery from conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, and even cancer.
